At Leefair Electronics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

Exchanges Only
We do not offer cash refunds. All eligible items may be exchanged for another product of equal or greater value within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition.
  • In the original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or tampered with
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Items on clearance or final sale
