Some items are pre-order or internationally sourced, and this will be clearly stated on the product page.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Main Regions: Delivery takes 1–3 working days after dispatch.
  • Other Regions: Delivery takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or stock availability.

4. Payments

  • Payments are made via secure bank transfer or provided payment link.
  • Orders are only processed once payment reflects on our side.
  • Proof of payment may be required.

5. Returns & Refunds
